Overview
Gezyabî-cebî Bî was founded durring the late 14th century in fall of the year 1266, by Rhiathmaahr Ênmêv. The establishment of Gezyabî-cebî Bî was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Rhiathmaahr Ênmêv struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Gezyabî-cebî Bî as a prison colony.
Gezyabî-cebî Bî was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Gezyabî-cebî Bî is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Gezyabî-cebî Bî is buildings are built arround a single restrictive flagstone mainstreet which forms a counterclockwise spiral to give the town a over all circular shape. The town sits behind an impressive looking clay brick wall. The wall is notable for querried stone blocks being used to renforce the clay bricks in the expected manner and locations. While the wall was built to the exact specifications of modern fortifications, one has to wonder why the money invested into creating such a well fortified wall wasnt spent on a less impressive looking wall crated from sturdier materials. Gezyabî-cebî Bî's walls would endure a brief bombardment, but only from light siege weapons. It seems more likly the town's walls were not designed with defence in mind but rather lending the town a certain air with visitors. The boondoggle-of-a-fortified wall have not been wellmaintained over the years, and while functional are in dire need of some loving care and perhapse light renovation.
A look around Gezyabî-cebî Bî gives you an uneasy feeling. Everything is just a little too worn down, a little too dirty, or both. No one makes eye contact. Kids play quietly, but happily. Occasionally a passerby glances at you out of the corner of their eye, staring jsut long enough for it to be uncomfortable. Beneath this surface, the people of Gezyabî-cebî Bî can be overheard having academic discussions, as well as talking about scholarly subjects in general. It’s quite clear Gezyabî-cebî Bî places a lot of value on education and being a learned individual.

The style used is characterized by towering round arches, massive stone and brickwork, small windows, thick walls, and a propensity for housing art and sculpture depicting mythological scenes. The building's general shape would be a clever and ascetic combination of geometric shapes, which would be blended together by joining elements. The style's decorative features were largely internal rather than external and incorporated semicircular arches for windows, doors, and arcades; barrel or groin vaults to support the roof of the nave; massive piers and walls, with few windows, to contain the outward thrust of the vaults; side aisles with galleries above them..

History
A vast influx of newcomers over the last (27183 % 6)+1 years has greatly spiked Gezyabî-cebî Bî's population. They may have been drawn by economic opportunities, or fled some pursuing peril, or been forcibly moved there by a ruler who wanted to dilute the existing native cohesion. The natives may not have the resources or opportunities to integrate these newcomers, and it may be that the new population has no desire to stay longer than is necessary.
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century, Gezyabî-cebî Bî was attacked by organized criminals with significant wealth and power. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Gezyabî-cebî Bî lost 194 people, 386 livestock, and 62 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 116, when members of Gezyabî-cebî Bî's militia enacted an operation to capture a specific enemy hero alive. The operation was complicated by the army's activities draw the wrath of formerly neutral parties. The conflict ended with pitched battle between both forces, which ended in victory for Gezyabî-cebî Bî's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Gezyabî-cebî Bî's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
